Today’s meditation reads like a psalm to me:
something very musical sleeps among the words. On a dark day, I found great solace in this meditation, praising the calm and seeking universal wisdom all around me!
Save this for a rainy cloudy day:
As a single slab of rock
Won’t budge in the wind,
So the Wise are not moved
By praise,
By blame.Like a deep lake,
Clear, unruffled and calm,
So the Wise become clear,
calm,
on hearing the words of the Dhamma.
Keep the faith as cold-winter rolls in!
- Amen
